Survey on Fall Prevention Activities
Each spring, CPWR works with NIOSH and OSHA to organize and promote the National Safety Stand-Down to Prevent Falls – the main event of the National Campaign to Prevent Falls in Construction.
Whether or not you are familiar with the Stand-Down or the National Campaign, we hope you will contribute to a brief online survey.
The survey results will be used by CPWR and other Campaign partners to improve future stand-downs and other outreach efforts. Your participation is completely voluntary, and your responses will be anonymous. No names or personal identifiers will be collected, and no attempt will be made to connect you about your responses. Results will be analyzed and shared as group data. The survey should take 10 to 15 minutes to complete.
